Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
If any dispute arises, the parties will first attempt to resolve it in good faith through informal negotiation. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), unless you are a government entity for which binding arbitration is not permitted by law.
General Provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Montgomery County, Maryland. You consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, it will be replaced by a valid provision with similar intent, and the remainder of the Terms will remain in full force. These Terms do not create any agency, partnership, or joint venture. TransformCare’s failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
