Lynn Nguyen, MPH

Lynn Nguyen joined TransformCare in 2024 with a passion for improving patient experiences by creating more efficient and high-quality healthcare systems. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology of Health and Medicine from the University of Michigan and recently graduating from Emory University's Rollins School of Public Health with a Master of Public Health with a specialization in Healthcare Management, Lynn is committed to driving positive change in healthcare delivery.

Her professional journey encompasses diverse roles in healthcare administration, where she has honed her leadership, project management, and data analytics skills. Her most recent role at Kaiser Permanente in Georgia involved overseeing strategic improvements in internal systems across various departments, optimizing advanced practice provider utilization, and leading collaborative initiatives with key stakeholders. Additionally, she assisted with strategic Human-Centered Design Projects aimed at developing tailored product solutions for Kaiser Permanente members. Through her diverse experiences and forward-thinking mindset, Lynn aims to elevate healthcare standards and enhance patient outcomes.
