Kayla Lin, MS

Kayla Lin joined TransformCare as a Senior Consultant in 2023 with a passion for improving processes to result in a higher level of care. Kayla has over six years of experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs holding various roles. Starting as a front-line employee, Kayla has direct patient experience, providing a unique perspective from various levels of the organization, and always making decisions with the patient’s best interest in mind. As an administrator, Kayla led a team to significantly improve access and timeliness of care, while improving employee work-life balance and saving the organization hundreds of thousands of dollars annually. Kayla holds a MS in Health Services Administration from Sage Graduate School, a BS in Nutrition from Russell Sage College, and is LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
